What shipping service do you use?
We use USPS. Depending on weight of product, I will of course use the lowest shipping rate possible. First class mail for items under 13 ounces and Priority mail for items over 13 ounces.
What is your return policy?
Because these products are for the body, we are unable to accept returns. If you do experience any issues, please write us @ [email protected] and we will respond back within 24 business hours and help take care of the issue.
Are your products handmade and fresh?
Yes, all of our products are hand made. When an item is ordered, we then make the product to ensure freshness. Cold Process is soap that takes 4 to 6 weeks to cure so these items are already made, but are no older than the most, 2 months.
Are your products animal and cruelty free?
Yes they are! We use the best products on the market from reputable companies that do not believe, condone or even practice testing on animals.
